Diaphragm Pressure Sensor for Water/Viscous Liquid

Diaphragm pressure sensor can prevent blocking of viscous liquid. The internal ASI-C-s convert the mV signal into a standard current (4-20mA/0-20mA), voltage (0-5V/1-5V/0-10V) or RS485 signal. Pressure sensor with stainless steel sealing structure has small size, light weight, high anti-vibration and anti-shock performance, measuring range 0~35MPa/ 0~350bar/ 0~5076psi, medium temperature -40~+60℃ (-40~+140℉), for water/viscous liquid pressure measurement.

Tips: Why the pressure sensor output signal is smaller than 4mA?
The most common reasons for maximum display is an improper selection of the pressure sensor's range or wrong setting of range, or zero shift is not made in liquid level measurement, thus making the output current of the pressure sensor to exceed 20mA. When the circuit of pressure sensor is suspected to be faulty, the circuit board can be replaced to judge the faults. Damage of the pressure sensor's diaphragm will also lead to over-range failure. For example, the output current of the diaphragm pressure sensor used for measuring vapor is greater than 20mA, and it's found after disassembling that some diaphragms have a lot of bumps, some diaphragms deform after freezing or overheated. The failure causes may be abnormal steam tracing which leads to condensate freezing, or long-term contact between the steam and diaphragm box caused by leakage. It also indirectly illustrates the importance of on-site inspection.
